If your list of tips is not helping you, remember that your life coach is there to support you and that he or she will be available to take your call and give you advice or just listen to you. The Solidarity Helping Hand Fund is a charity organisation offering social support services to the poorer communities of South Africa, with their ultimate objective being to reduce the high poverty statistics being felt across the land, and to give to our country a brighter future.
Social support services are in desperate need by the South African communities in their minority, who appear to be bulldozed into less than what they were born to become, and left to live and rot on the streets, with their timely death being starvation.

The youth is what the future of South Africa is built upon. Unfortunately, however, with the poverty rates being at newer heights, and the youth struggling to get for themselves the same success which their forefathers enjoyed, the future of South Africa does not appear to be very bright at all.

We all know that feeling of our chest closing up and not being able to breathe when we think about certain events. This happens because we cannot control our emotions regarding the event that we are thinking about. If we do not learn how to exert control over these feelings, it can lead to full blown panic attacks which many people describe as being akin to a heart attack.
